In order to provide customers with one-stop service, our company has established a battery pack design, production and service division. Our company has experience in design and packing of various lithium battery pack products supporting voltage up to 100V. Our pack capabilities include independent PCM, BMS and mechanical design teams. Equipment includes automatic spot welding machines, laser welding machines, charge and discharge aging equipment, test equipment, laser engraving machine, and so on.
Apart from using battery cells produced by AUCOPO for battery pack production, we also use third party brand battery cells as required by our customers.
Battery Pack application include: e-cigarette, mobile phone, wearable products, laptop computer, tablet computer, POS machine, power bank, e-bike, e-motorcycle, etc. In addition to standard function BMS, Aucopo also develops smart Battery Management Systems (BMS) products with a gas gauge function. In addition to adopting industry-standard ICs, AUCOPO also has the ability to code battery management programs. Aucopo has established the basic development capabilities of battery pack management programing, using a unique algorithm to instantly track changes of capacity, impedance, current, voltage, temperature, and other important information, considering charge and discharge rates, self-discharge rates, and battery aging status to improve the accuracy of battery capacity calculation.
With more than 20 years of product design and development experience, Aucopo has acquired a strong capability in product design, including features such as waterproofing, shockproof, anti-ultraviolet, anti-jamming, welding reliability, minimized internal resistance, temperature rise control and product consistency.
In addition to producing its own standard model battery pack products, Aucopo can also create original designs based on customer needs. The company has the capability of independently design and complete the product from Industrial design, Mechanical design, Prototype, reliability verification, safety certification, to mass production.
Aucopo combines the respective advantages of offering both local manual operation modes and fully automated production modes similar to Japan and South Korea in battery packing production systems. This creates a hybrid production mode that can combine both manual operation and automation, which not only ensures product quality, but also reduces production costs.

AUCOPO battery packs use high-quality cells which have been fully verified our own. The cells used for each battery pack are high consistency, avoiding cell imbalance and guaranteeing the capacity of battery packs after long term usage. AUCOPO has developed two kind of BMS to meet the customer demand. The standard BMS offers full safety protection features of charge and discharge and cell balance. AUCOPO battery housings can be water-proof and have optimized inner mechanical construction.
